Petal & Shine is operated by Create Kings Pty Ltd ("we" , "us", "our")

By accessing or placing an order, you agree to be bound bt these Terms and Conditions 

2. Products & Availability 

  • All products are subject to availability 
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice. 
  • We may cancel orders if stock is unavailable, with a full refund provided. 

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (unless stated otherwise). 
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. 
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. 

4. Orders 

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. 
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. 
  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after processing. 

5. Payment 

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout. 
  • Accepted payment methods are listed on our website. 
  • Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received. 

5. Shipping & Delivery 

  • We ship within Australia. 
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. 
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors. 

7. Risk & Ownership 

  • Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. 
  • Ownership of goods transfer once full payments has been received. 

8. Returns & Refunds 

We do not accept returns for change of mind. 

However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product: 

  • Is faulty or defective 
  • Is not as described 
  • Arrives damaged 

To request a return or refund: 

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery 
  • Provide proof of purchase and photos 

We may offer: 

  • Replacement 
  • Store credit 
  • Refund (where required by law) 

9. Product Descriptions 

We aim to ensure all product desriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, size, or finish mau occur. 

10. Limitation of Liability 

To the extent permitted by law: 

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss 
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

All content on this website, including imagesm branding and text, is the property of Petal & Shine and may not be used without permission.

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

13. Changes in Terms 

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Condtions at any time. Continued ise of the website constitutes acceptance of many changes. 

14. Governing Law 

These Terms & Condtions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. 

15. Dispatch Timeframes 

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. 
  • During peak periods, sales or holidays, dispatch times may take longer. 
  • Dispatch times are separate from shipping.delivery timeframes. 

16. Shipping, Lost or Stolen Parcels 

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it becomes the resonsibility of the courier service. 
  • Petal & Shine is not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen in transit. 
  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the courier directly to lodge a investigation. 
  • We will assit where possible but do not guarantee replacement or refund for lost or stolen items. 

17. Incorrect Address Provided 

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring sll shipping details are correct at checkout. 
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided: we are not responsible for failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order. 
  • If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your expense. 

18. Pre-Orders & Backorders 

  • From time to time, items may be offered as pre-order or backorder. 
  • Estimated distach dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to supplier delays or circumstances outside our control. 
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may  be shipped together once all items are available, or split shipping may be offered at an additional cost. 
  • Pre-orders and backorders cannot be cancelled once placed unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
