This policy explains your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased through our website.
2. Change of Mind
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
- Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Faulty, Damafed, or Incorrect Items
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product:
- Is faulty or defective
- Does not match its description
- Arrives damaged or broken
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue
- We will access the claim and offer one of the following remedies:
- Replacement of the item
- Refund (full or partial, depending on the situartion)
- Store credit (if preferred)
4. Process for Returns
- Returns must be authorised by us before sending anything back.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
- Items must be returned in their orginal condition and packing, where possible.
5. Lost or Stolen Parcels
- Once your order has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the courier.
- Petal and Shine is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen in transit.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
6. Pre-Orders & Back Orders
- Pre-ordered or backordered items may not be eligible for cancellation or returns unless faulty.
- Estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide; delays may occur due to supplier or shipping issues.
7. Refund Timeframes
- Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (may vary by bank/payment provider)
