This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order fulfillment, delivery and responsibilities.
All orders are fulfilled by our trusted third party logistics provider (3PL).
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- Pre-orders or back orders may take longer; estimated dispatch dates are provided at checkout and or on the item prior to adding it to the cart.
- Dispatch time is separate from delivery time.
3. Delivery & Shipping Methods
- We ship using reputable courier services.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to
- Courier delays
- Weather or natural events
- Holidays or peack periods
4. Responsibility & Risk
- Once your order has been disptached from the 3PL, risk passes to you.
- Petal & Shine is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or delayed after dispatch.
5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery
- Addditional shipping fees may apply to resend the order
- We are not responsible for any delays or losses
6. Tracking Orders
- Once your order is disptached, a tracking number will be provided via email.
- You can use this number to track your order directly with the courier.
8. Pre-Orders & Backorders
- Orders containing pre-ordered or backordered items may be
- Held until all items are availavle or
- Shipped in multiple deliveries (additional shipping fees may apply
